ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract submission is now closed.
All Abstracts should have the following characteristics:
- Length: 300 words
- Margin: 2 cm (top/bottom/left/right margin)
- Font: Times New Roman
- Format: structured, to include introduction, methods or study design, results and conclusions
- Font size: 12 pt, single space
ATTENTION: only electronically submitted Abstracts can be accepted!
ABSTRACT ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION
Authors of abstracts will have received an email notifying them of the acceptance status. If you have not received an email, please contact the Scientific Secretariat, Ms Denise Etherington (

POSTER PRESENTATION
Poster panel size is
150cm high by 120cm wide. Please prepare your poster to fit
within this size.
All posters will have to be put up on Friday, 29 October (no later than 8:00 am) and taken down on 30 October after 2:00 pm. Pins will be provided.
Authors should be available at lunchtime during the congress to discuss their posters with delegates.
