Badges for participants	Delegates receive individual name badges when registering to the Congress. According to the ESASO guidelines, these name badges must be worn at all times throughout the Congress and evening functions. No admittance can be granted, if delegates do not wear the name badge well visible!
Climate & Weather Forecasts	The average climate during October is mild temperatures of 7 ºC to 12 ºC. However, the evenings can be chilly and we recommend to bring along a coat and raining clothes. ESASO will set up a weather forecast on the Congress Website.
Congress Language and Translators	The official Congress language is English. Please take note, that simultaneous translation might be provided per request of the respective countries, but is not intended by the ESASO.
Food and Refreshments	Food and refreshments are not included in the registration fee outside the congress times and except for the social events.
Insurance(s)	The Organisers are not responsible for individual medical, travel or personal insurances. Delegates are advised to cover themselves with their own personal insurances.
Registration Desk – Opening Hours	Registration desks will be located at the main entrance in the foyer of the Congress Centre and are open at the following times: 29 October from 8.00 am to 17.00 pm 30 October from 8.00 am to 13.00 pm
